Our stay at your hotel was Awesome and the best part was tackling the measures during this pandemic time - bravo! Unfortunately, our holiday ended so fast, wish we could have stayed longer. Keep up with the affordable rates and you will see lots of guests

A vacation filled with relaxation and exciting family activities for the whole family and individual members. Makes for loads of fond memories especially for the children. Loved the rooms with the joining door to my children. The food was great, I found the chocolate eclairs a wonderful treat!

I personally think the hotel is very well maintained in the following aspects 1.Food and ambience- of serving food and providing a variety of food, complimenting different cultures, like Indian cuisines,Swahili dishes etc. The variety of food is what I really enjoyed and also the all the food at the buffet was really tasty and I was very impressed by how they focused on the food and beverage section. I also like how the ambience of the hotel was during dinner time especially, it was usually candle light themed everyday. I think this sets a good feeling of relaxation for the guest after a long day of doing activities or having online business meetings. 2. Internet- The WiFi as written on the website states that all rooms have WiFi and everywhere in the hotel's have WiFi. The WiFi was a truly wonderful experience for me, the fact that the hotel had WiFi that reached until the beach area and in all outdoor areas, with full strength of WiFi connection. But unfortunately the room I was in, with my family did not have proper WiFi network, and honestly this is the main thing for myself and many others who would agree, that the internet is essential for working in a room, especially when you want to have many video conferencing rooms. So I think on this aspect, the hotel focused too much on how the WiFi could spread out in the area of the hotel but did not focus on the main area that required internet and that is the rooms. 3.housekeeping- I understand that you had many guests because of the promotion that was offered to guests, but that's why you need to plan in advance in order to execute a better service and customer satisfaction. I felt that the housekeeping department was not well in the aspect of communication. Infact, this is common sense and should be automatic, that when a room attendant cleans the room, they should add all the essential things needed, like the water bottles and towels/toilet paper. I mean seriously.. at one point I just felt like saying your housekeeping staff are not productive at all, I had to keep calling them for extra towels, or extra toilet paper, I mean c'mon this should be automatic, when someone cleans the room, they should ensure there's enough toilet paper because in my observation sometimes there was no toilet paper because the staff kept on saying that they forgot to put toilet paper, and water bottles. These things should already be present in the room. Someone should not have to keep calling the front office to let them know that there are no new towels kept or that water bottles are not there in the rooms. Also, the towels were not washed properly and I hope you address this to the staff, because it had a weird smell, like it had not been washed even though it was a new towel from housekeeping. So cleanliness and hygiene is key and those areas need to be worked on and be improved. 3. Execution of your promotion- please hire more staff when you know you have a promotion that is lasting for nearly two months approximately, I feel that your staff were less and they were very overwhelmed and maybe that's why they were not able to offer a proper service in the housekeeping department as mentioned, that was very obvious and noticeable. So hire more staff so that productivity levels can increase to ensure a better satisfactory experience for the guests. Otherwise the hotel is good in the aspect of views, it has a wonderful view of the beach, and they have a spectacular entertainment team that presents shows everyday according to different cultures, that was also very entertaining and unique because I have never seen such wonderful dancers in a hotel in Kenya. So well done on entertainment. The staff at the dining hall were nice to me, very welcoming and very caring, infact I remember I was sick when I arrived and one of the staff members in the restaurant offered me a good cup of ginger honey and lemon tea. It was very nice of them to take care of the fact that I was sick. I was touched by their kindness. The service at the restaurant was 100% superb! I love how their performance was, well done to the food and beverage department, and all in all this is a great hotel, you just need to work on a few aspects slightly to keep the hotel at it's optimum level of customer satisfaction, and hire more staff so that your current staff are not overwhelmed by seeing too many guests. At first we were a bit hesitant to book due to the Covid fears, but after calling Eddah the reservations manager who assured us that all the protocols were observed,we took the chance as we really needed a break after all the lockdown. Staff were very friendly and always willing to go an extra mile. We cant forget the food that was always tasty. Talk about the different shows and the kids disco which always made my son to take his dinner in a hurry not to mis the dance.A big thank you to the entire team led by Mr. Sylvester Mbandi. We shall definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend to our friends and relatives. Read less
