Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Suites

Niagara Falls, Niagara

The hotel

Everyone knows ‘waterfall views’ top the hotel wish list for every Niagara visitor. And that’s exactly what Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Suites delivers. In fact, TripAdvisor voted it in the Top 10 Hotel Rooms Views in the World. But it’s The Watermark Restaurant on the 33rd floor that really provides the photo ops: with its multi-level seating and floor-to-ceiling windows forcing the farm-to-fork menu to take second stage. One floor up and the rooftop Myst Lounge throws in extra selfie spots — and cocktails. Once you’ve had your fill of the falls, you can head to the adjoining Fallsview Casino; the hotel’s chill-out pool with its spiralling waterslide, hot tub, and sauna; or its other dining venues, from an all-you-can eat Brazilian ‘churrascaria’ steakhouse to an all-you-can-eat Southern-style barbecue smokehouse.

Great hotel but needs some improvement. Everything is set up well with the Covid protocol. Very clean and sanitized. However the window was very dirty and the tv was extremely fuzzy with poor reception. We stayed 2 nights and were not given any housekeeping. The coffee maker was not stocked. So disappointed that our first hotel stay post lockdowns was here. The room was drab + dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty + sticky. So disappointed that our first hotel stay post lockdowns was here. The room was drab + dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty + sticky. The shower, tub and towels were clean and the bed linens looked fine. All amenities have been removed and there is no daily housekeeping to "keep us safe". If you want clean towels, kleenex or toilet paper, you're advised to call housekeeping. However, all phone lines are busy constantly. I had to find housekeeping in the hallway to get toilet paper. The worst thing was the noise for both nights we stayed there: a rumbling and whooshing from the elevators? although we were down the hall from them. Even with earplugs I couldn't sleep. The signs in the lobby promising "enhanced cleaning" are laughable. I've never seen a room so dirty in this hotel. Time to restart daily housekeeping Hilton! To top it all off, upon checkout we weren't asked about our stay but were told that they had us in a totally different room. Needless to say we won't be back. Read less

We stayed one night and found the hotel didn’t live up to its name or price. The room was clean but didn’t include bottled water. The room service meal at breakfast was delivered with plastic wrap on the pancakes, which made them soggy. We stayed one night and found the hotel didn’t live up to its name or price. The room was clean but didn’t include bottled water. The room service meal at breakfast was delivered with plastic wrap on the pancakes, which made them soggy. There was an order mix up that the switchboard assured us would be taken off the bill because we explained we’d rather eat together even though we didn’t get the meal we ordered rather than wait for new food. The next thing we know someone comes to the door telling us they need to take our food away if we want a credit! I don’t think it’s very classy to have one answer from one staff member and a different one from another. In the end we did get money back for the meal mix up, but it wasn’t hassle free. There was an awful repetitive noise that sounded mechanical, it went on and on but almost disappeared late at night. Possibly elevator noise? It was disruptive and should be looked into. We’ve stayed at Sheraton and at various bed and breakfast places in the area and didn’t find Hilton to be better service, food or location for the cost. Read less

Hilton pool has been closed for at least 2 years now. Room cost is overpriced without a pool. Did the digital check in but the notification didn’t indicate which building / tower the room was in. We had to guess…. Otherwise very clean and centrally located
