The room seemed clean, however I did go around and sanitize the room where we would be touching things including the remote and switches as well as table tops. Did anyone else notice that the toilet paper roll looked like it was used as it wasn’t a full roll. I’d assume people would be touching that.

We have traveled to a few hotels during Covid and this was by far the worst stay. The shower was not hot AT ALL - must have been set to not exceed a certain temp. Found multiple surfaces that's were not cleaned. No complimentary coffee or tea in room. Had to get maid service to bring soap for washroom as none was replenished. The beds were very… Read more

We stayed for one night. There was a check in line that was very lengthy and didn't feel very safe from a distancing perspective. Once we got to our room, it was quiet and very clean. Towels and necessities were well stocked. Beds were clean and comfy. The hotel is in a great location. The restaurant is a other story! We got takeout, and were still charged an automatic 18% gratuity. We were told there was no room to negotiate on this fee. The food for dinner and breakfast was priced absolutely exorbitantly! My friend got the French onion soup to go - for $15, a small cup of broth and one piece of cheese toast in a container. It was laughable. I recommend ordering food from elsewhere. Read less

We stayed on a friday night in late October. We booked the travelzoo package for two queen beds. We received a room on the 10th floor which had a great view of both the American and Canadian falls. The rooms were in good shape and the bathroom was quite nice, looks like they have been renovated recently. Our package included a $50 credit for dinner at Mortons. We dined at 7:30 and had a table by the window, great view and excellent service from Anna, we really enjoyed our meal. We also went for breakfast the following morning and you get a credit of $20 off your breakfast. We went at 8:30 and pretty much had the place to ourselves, the food was just ok. All in all, we had a great time and would come back to this hotel again when we could do more things. The only downside is the ridiculous cost of parking, which is $45 plus tax. Read less

Was told the pool and hot tub were open. Got there and the hot tub was closed. That’s why I booked the weekend there. Parking is way over priced. $35.99 a night plus tax. No room service or cleaning. Would not stay there again,
