Great location, nice hotel but terrible staff. We heard from few other guests that they also had the same issue. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They are there to check you in and send you your way but do not help you at all especially if you are new to town. In addition, they will try and take your money any way possible. Kathryn Gee who is Front Desk Duty Manager is very unprofessional and needs more training on how to deal with hotel guests. She really needs it since she is terrible at communicating with guests. Semir Habib who is Assistant Front Office Manager comes off as a nice guy, however he is not very nice person. Hope staff changes their attitude as I feel bad for other guests since we definitely wont be back at this hotel. Read less

Nurses, Physicians, and other healthcare workers: they will deny you (and your families) entry to the hotel facilities for being frontline. Was kicked out of the pool (with my family) for being a frontline worker. So don't expect access to the pool, gym, gardens, etc... Standard hotel rooms, nothing too special. Decent location, a bit of a walk… Read more

They were very slow in the process of checking her in and my daughter had an accident. At this point my wife got a little teary and told them that this is inhumane. The manager then said that he won't be checking them in. It was not until I had arrived that I told him this is really bad way to conduct a business and treat customers that we were checked in. Worst experience of my life. These people need to be properly trained and they are not. Read less

Kay and Semir at the front desk went above and beyond, to make my family’s stay a memorable one. They knew we had an awful experience with the last hotel and made sure we were happy at their establishment....thanks guys :) The beds are super comfy as well! Very quiet hotel considering it’s in the heart of Toronto! The pool is amazing! So beautiful and Val, the woman who works at the pool, works very hard keeping it clean! She is so, so friendly and willing to help out anyway she can :) We really didn’t want to go home, but made sure we booked our next stay before we left! Can’t wait to stay and relax again very soon! Thanks so much everyone, we really appreciate it :) Read less

We stayed here in February and I was very impressed with both the staff and quality of the room. The outdoor swimming pool was fun to be in when it snowed. The check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall a very good hotel.
