An older hotel in Whistler and it shows. Kinda kitschy. Beds are awesome. Cleanliness was questionable. Appeared good in the rooms but noticed ickiness in the common areas. Great location. Walls are thin and the hallways are big enough to echo so you hear it. The ice room is goofy. Looks like a freezer cubicle. Very industrial and small. Id stay… Read more

Id stay here again if they gave a decent price but $180 for a summer room during covid is a bit too much. Used to pay that for a Fairmont room before all this mess. Read less

Nothing fancy, rooms are dated but kept clean. Covid policies and protocols are in place. They don’t clean rooms daily but will take your dirty towels and replace with clean ones and they also restock with any other necessities. Housekeeping staff is very helpful. They are close the village with everything in walking distance. 👍

The front desk staff was very friendly at check in, when we stopped by with questions and again at check out. The location is great. Easy to… Read more

Easy to find, many food and shopping options very close and near to the chairlift. We liked it so much, we are returning again this weekend :) Read less

Ed and Jenny were extremely rude. The customer service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. Considering what you pay for an out-dated room and the fact that the hotel is located in the Village. MANY other MUCH better options to stay at. This place also needs to hire a Canadian. If you want a rude experience and to be disappointed, this hotel will suit you… Read more

Great location, 5 minutes walking to Whistler Gondola Village & all the village restaurants and shooping. Room not that clean, bed and linen so comfortable. Room cleaning is an opportunity for this property.
