Will come back soon. Allowed us to check in early after driving all night. Made sure all of our needs were met. Friendly and kind. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Free parking pool was clean and view was outstanding.

It was my first getaway (5 nights) with my friends during covid era hence I really did not know what to expect. So there were some knowns and unknowns. Closed gym and no dining were among knowns as per the hotel website. Among unknows was the fact that room cleaning services were not available so everything you may need you pick up from reception, i.e. towers, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, trash bags etc. Breakfast was underwhelming. Complimentary coffee/hot tea station was closed. Starbucks was closed so no hot drinks (coffee or tea) were available at the premises after breakfast ended at 10am. You also need to rent and pay for the chairs on the beach. Jacuzzi next to the pool needed some cleaning. On the positive side, it is a great location, staff is friendly and helpful. It was obvious that the hotel was understaffed. I really hope that the current level of services is only a temporary inconvenience due to the pandemic. Read less

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was great! The bar/restaurant was open and the "grab n go" fully stocked. Breakfast Sunday morning was good with eggs and french toast sticks and bacon.....Then BOOM Monday morning everything changed. The breakfast was pre-heated microwave biscuit sandwiches, and the restaurant is closed during the week. The grab n go did not get restocked for the rest of our stay. I understand there are limits on things due to covid, but if they can do a good breakfast on the weekend, why not on a week day? There is no housekeeping services due to covid, so the hallways were full of trash people had set outside their rooms. I called to front desk about getting some clean towels and was told "come down here and we will try and find some". The only friendly employee we encountered was the gentlemen who sprayed the sand off the pool deck in the mornings, he was super nice and offered to bring out additional umbrellas if we needed one I wish I had gotten his name. I give it a 3 because I have to assume they are short staffed like the rest of the country, but this place has some work to do to live up to the Hyatt name. Read less

We have been staying here for years and we were quite disappointed this time. We figured cleanliness would be over the top, but it was opposite. Things just were not clean, like the elevators and pool area. We realize covid has taken its toll, but you have to keep things clean and presentable. We probably won’t go back.

Let's just start by saying the staff openly talks about the General Manager just being let go. Saying they don't care is an understatement. Don't bother driving there. Absolutely no parking. Ask a question, get your head bitten off. Say hello or smile and get a "I hate life" face in return. Stay at the Residence Inn or Delta hotel which is right… Read more
