And of course, Ranger Rob - our 4 year old loved his tour and we look forward to a return visit. Read less

We chose this resort based upon its amazing reviews, especially for families of small children. It did not disappoint. We came at the end of March, hoping it would not be so crowded. Unfortunately, it was still very busy. I wish it had not been quite so crowded, especially being a little weary of travel post pandemic. That being said, the resort did great job providing beach chairs, umbrella’s, and service. The staff was always wearing a mask, and hand sanitizer was always available. You could tell they were doing the best they could to provide a safe environment. Ranger Rob was fantastic! We did a kayak tour, and a nature hike with him. The kids absolutely loved it. He is a valuable asset to the resort. Honestly, he’s probably the biggest reason we chose the resort. The reviews I read of him were amazing. My daughter, who is six years old, is a lover of nature. She immediately bonded with him, and his love for nature and wildlife. We had an amazing time. Read less

We just returned from an amazing trip at the Pink Shell. We stayed in a 4th floor king suite in the Sanibel building overlooking the adult pool, beach and ocean. The room was perfect, with a great view, microwave, refrigerator, and screened in balcony. The highlight of our trip were the workers. Enough can’t be said about Ranger Rob. We went on his morning kayak tour where we saw dolphins and manatees and a walk to see tortoises in the park nearby. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares so much for the wildlife and our world. He is a genuinely nice guy with a big heart who connects with all ages. Having him is a huge benefit to the Pink Shell. We also appreciated Joey who was our server at the adult pool. He’s a hard worker and delivers great customer service. The breakfast and workers were amazing, as well. The location of the resort was perfect. It was quiet but you could easily walk to Times Square for restaurants and shopping. Thank you Pink Shell for the amazing getaway ~ we will be back! Read less

As a member of the Pink Shell resort, I visit often. I have splurged on spa treatments a few times but wish I had met Tamera sooner. She did an extraordinary deep tissue massage. I have back problems and knee issues and she listened to my concerns and targeted areas I asked for. She got to muscles I didn’t even realize were tight. I made a return… Read more
