Any requests from housekeeping or the front desk took forever or were never answered. The positives of our stay at Nobu: - The room itself was wonderful ~ we had a corner suite with a wrap around balcony and views of the ocean and bay. The bathroom was well appointed and the layout was spacious. - Nobu restaurant - the meal and staff were the highlight of our trip. Excellent evening. - Malibu Farm - we enjoyed breakfast their daily with great views of the ocean. Superb start to each morning. - The private pool area for Nobu guests. It overlooks the ocean and the service was excellent for poolside drinks and snacks. Read less

This is far from a "five star" hotel experience, They basically slapped the Nobu name on a 3.0 star hotel and the customer service was horrible for the $700/ per night price. The front desk was nonresponsive for a majority of the trip. It took two days to get an extra pillow to the room and they are only cleaning rooms every four days due to Covid. If you are booking to have a luxurious experience look elsewhere. Read less

Second time staying at this resort- first time was in a lovely renovated room at Eden Rock with an amazing ocean view, and this time at Nobu Hotel. I love the location of this hotel. Although I did stay this time during COVID, I am delayed in writing this review as I stayed November 2020. From the looks of it, the hotel fell apart during 2021 spring break time, but that was not my experience. Both times I found the front desk staff SO friendly and was upgraded both times with a smile. However, what everyone says is true- the Nobu check in desk is closed and that really takes away from the experience; additionally there is ALWAYS a line at the check in. I LOVED our room- it was sparkling clean, large, well appointed, and we enjoyed housekeeping each day seamlessly. I did see that many reviewers reported air conditioning problems and I did experience the same. It took two different maintenance men to solve the issue, but they were very kind and it was resolved. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at Malibu Farms and it was wonderful and very fairly priced. Moreover, the staff at the restaurant were very hospitable and friendly. I do agree that the use of the Nobu pool is nothing special- there was no attendant and it was full of towels left by earlier guests. It does not feel well kept or special in the least (albeit the great views). This is a great area of opportunity as otherwise you are sharing the pools with Eden Rock guests which takes away from the boutique experience. Lastly, many guests mentioned how difficult it was to reach the front desk and this is very true. It took me many times to reach them each attempt. I can understand how guests in the spring encountered more severe issues in the areas I mentioned as they were areas needing improvement during a slower time. However, I loved our well decorated, sparkling clean room and the kind front desk staff (once you reach them). I will say that this is not on par with the Nobu Hotel in Malibu and others, but it is also less costly aside from peak times in my experience. Read less

Wow. That's the first thought that comes to mind when I think of the Nobu Miami Beach. My friends and I stayed here in February to celebrate my birthday. We all had the most amazing experience! The facilities were beautiful, clean and welcoming. During COVID, cleanliness and safety are obviously a priority for everyone. Everything from our room, the pool, beach, and restaurants delivered a polished and clean environment in which we felt safe which made us all very happy. The staff - all stars! Everyone from Front Desk, beach attendants, Housekeeping, F&B servers and valet were welcoming, friendly and thorough. Each staff member made it a point to make us feel informed while at the same time made sure we were having a great time. The part that blew my mind was their follow up. Most of the time staff doesn't care to ask how was your experience, etc. But each encounter I recall the staff member would ask how was your night, how was lunch, how is your room, etc. LOVE it! I can't thank the Nobu team enough as this truly was an unforgettable trip that would not have had the same impact if we had not stayed at Nobu Miami Beach. I highly recommend you stay here!!!
