Food and trash on the floor. The ac was broken. Mold was present. Filthy room. A safety pin was open on the floor. The room was filthy. The carpet was so smelly. The hotel did not refund me for my entire stay like I asked. Imagine someone stepped on the safety pin.

Check for cleanliness of room. Our room had spills on end tables that were not wiped up. We only had half a roll of tissue when we checked in. Be prepared to pick up your own towels. Front desk does not answer the phone. Restaurants were pleasant and there was a good vibe at the resort.

I'll go over the good and then the not so good. This hotel has pretty much everything! A pool bar (there is another bar, but it was closed due to covid), 2 restaurants, a little market, Starbucks, a game room, a gift shop, mini golf (closed due to covid), a gym, a veranda, places outside to sit by the artificial fire places, and two pools! Not to mention that they are so close to Sea World, that they have there own entry gate leading from the hotel parking lot to the park! The bright spot of my stay was Jacob at the front desk who upgraded my room for me when I mentioned that I was there for a relocation for work and needed a microwave. THANK YOU! Now on to the not so good. Villa 11 had no working ice machines, and even after reporting it, was down all week long. The phone at the front desk rings off the hook and no one ever picks up. Same thing with housekeeping. Requests to have the room cleaned were not completely done, as my tub was not cleaned ONCE in 7 days. Parking was terrible! Suggest that if you choose the villas, don't choose villa 12 (no microwaves or elevator). Better yet, don't choose the villas at all. You are probably better off staying in the towers. I requested more toilet paper at the front desk since the toilet paper was not restocked by housekeeping (nor were wash clothes). After a few hours, I assumed no one was going to bring me any, so I had to go get some myself. The check-in line was ALWAYS long. From what I can tell, alot of these things have to do with improper staffing. More employees are needed for a hotel of that size. Also, please teach housekeeping staff to speak English as well. Even when you approach them to get what you need instead of relying on phone calls and front desk visits, they have no idea what you are asking them for. How can you help people when you don't even understand them? Read less

Even as a Hilton Honors member, this has been the worse Hilton I have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. After dark all you could smell outside was weed, the staff was very unfriendly, and there was several maintenance issues.
