The price was very reasonable compared to other Universal hotels, the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast had lots of options (including healthy options, I was pleased to find!) Very regular shuttles from our hotel to Universal studios and back meant that we were able to plan our days well. A lovely stay, and preferred it to where we stayed in one of the Disney hotels. Would absolutely recommend! Read less

I booked a package deal for our airline, hotel, and tickets to Universal Studios through the Universal website; and I could not have been happier with the experience. Everything worked seamlessly, making our stay fun and relaxing. It was a hassle-free vacation, which is just what my family needed after months of COVID lockdown. The hotel and theme parks went to great lengths to keep things csafe and sanitized. Everyone wore masks and practiced social distancing at the hotel and in the parks. And the limited number of visitors to the park meant a minimum of wait times for rides. Read less

We booked this room due to being able to get into Universal an hour early and the price. I would not call this a resort but a hotel. This is also not a 2 bedroom suite but a 1 bedroom suite with 2 beds in the living area instead of a couch. Very misleading! The walls are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING! Someone was smoking weed in one of the rooms and the smell was coming down into our room. I have small children and I don’t want them exposed to that crap. There is no closet and we had to live out of our suitcases. The pool is okay but it is just a pool, pools are available at almost every hotel here I. Orlando. There is no house keeping and the towels in the rooms are comparable to a garage/shop towel. We will not be coming back here and will Not recommend to any of our friends or family. Save yourself time and frustration and stay somewhere else Read less

Our trip in July was wonderful, the hotel was extremely clean and safety signage was everywhere and being followed. It was a very relaxed environment which is what I wanted on my trip. The elevator situation is a little rough given the 1 party per elevator rule but it did not distract from the visit. The room was very clean and staff all kind and friendly. You are able to text the resort to ask for anything, we had extra towels delivered in a plastic contactless bag in 15 mins. The pool area is a bit more relaxed with the mask wearing but the chairs are all spaced to accommodate for that. It was peaceful and great to get some sun. The drinks at the sand bar were great and a great value as well, under $10 for frozens! It does not have every ammenity as it is a value resort but for what my family wanted it was perfect. We never had to wait for a bus to the parks and it was a great stay. Read less
