Last minute hotel with grandma and the kids, after a long day of driving we come to find theirs no parking or valet and the entrance was hard to find on a scary dark street.. Hilton said their was parking but come to our surprise it’s a block away and not affiliated and their is no in or out. The hall ways smelled like cigarettes. The shower door was broken so we flooded the bathroom. Beds are super small but comfy. The worst was when we realized the AC didn’t work at 1am and it’s 80 degrees in our room but it’s set at 60... We were soaking in our sweat all night and had to check out and get dressed for a important meeting, my grandma had a heat stroke at the restaurant we went to because her body temperature never went down for 24 hours. Idk if it’s related but it was a hot sweaty gross experience. The front desk lady was lovely and so was the Resturant. Unfortunately they were understaffed on a Saturday night and we’re unsure if they could accommodate more towels, luckily we got them after the second attempt. Also was never offered cookies. Great location close to Times Square but far away from the madness. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful especially the bellhops they were great. Great location close to Times Square but far away from the madness. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful especially the bellhops they were great. On check in you do get cookies which are yummy and bottled water. Lift wait times were never an issue for us and we were a family of 6. Hotel is clean and quite modern. Rooms are basic and small we booked 2x double double rooms with 3 adults in each room so as you can imagine quite a squeeze with luggage etc but your not in your room other than to sleep so this was not an issue for us. I did have a few issues with the cleanliest of the room during the stay, we stayed for 5 nights and our bedding wasn't changed at all even though this was requested. On occasions basic essentials were not left by house keeping namely toilet roll so on two different occasions I had to ring for this. Our rooms were on the 8th floor so no view at all if you are happy to pay for upgrades then you can get higher floors but for the time your in the room I don't see the point when you can see the skyline in other places. Plus the higher you go the more likely it is you hear the rooftop bar so consider that. We did use the rooftop bar once during the stay which was great it was quite early so was quiet up there I would imagine it gets quite busy . We had an enjoyable stay even with the few issues which weren't major. Read less

Stayed at this hotel in Feb 2020, the room was very clean and spacious good size not too big or small. We were originally booked at a sister property on 42nd that we always stay at. Due to COVID they closed so we had to rebook and were n recommended this hotel. What a bad experience. Booked the park and stay package. Got to the hotel and there was no Valet. Talked to the hotel and got directions to their.parking garage and got there and they knew nothing about parking for the hotel. Called the hotel and was sent to another parking garage and they as well had no idea. Called the guy back who just told me he would refund the parking from our stay. We finally got parked much closer than she were going to have us park. Frustrated as this killed two hours of time we lost enjoying the city and only to be offered refund of parking. What a joke. Also the hotel is much dirtier than our other one. Also when we returned late in the evening we found that our room was not stocked with enough towels. When we.returned through the lobby last night our digital key was not working right and had to collect a regular key from the front desk and that woman was just plain rude. We also booked a premium city view and could have done without that. Definitely will not stay here ever again. The hotel next door had valet and walking by the staff greeted us, just saying. Please don't book here, manager is rude - Timothy Dowd and still will not respond to my emails I really think there are other hotels which are better and would really not consider it - terrible for a Hilton hotel.
