569 rooms on 55 floors in 1 building with 8 lifts. All with air-conditioning, 42" plasma screen TV, WiFi*, clock radio, mini-bar*, safe, iron and board and hairdryer. Non-smoking rooms on request. Standard King Rooms are 300 sq ft with 1 king-size, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Standard Double/Double Rooms are 396 sq ft with 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Junior Suites are 422 sq ft with a separate bedroom with corner views, separated by a hallway from a spacious parlor with sofa bed and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Church & Dey (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Liquid Assets (lobby bar). Indoor heated swimming pool. Fitness centre. Free newspaper. Room service*. I’ll start with the positive . The location is nice . Easy access to subways , site seeing and shopping . I’ll start with the check in . As a Hilton Dimond member , one of the benefits is the room of choice upgrade. I checked before i arrived and saw that they had bedroom suited available. I received a text from the Hilton prior to my arrival asking if there was anything they could help with before my arrival . At that point i told them that I would like an upgrade. They told me they would make a note of it and it would be taken care of when i check in . During my check in the attend told me they would only upgrade me one level up to a junior suite . I told her that wasn’t my understanding of my benefits but would talk to someone else about it . I check in and my room was like a ice box . So i turned on the heat . But then noticed the window was open . At first i thought it was Covid related abs they did it to air out rooms . No biggie . Then tried to turn on the tv and it wasn’t working . Called the front seat abs they came abs fixed it . Needed a new remote . At that point i decided to call the customer care number to get a better understanding of the Benefits of being a Dimond member . I was told i was right and the agent on the phone called the hotel because she also checked and saw suites where available . She put me on hold while she talked to the front desk. When she returned she told me she was told the rooms where sold out . She abs i both knew that we were being lied too . The phone agent put a manager on the phone with me and he asked me to hold on . When he returned he told me to go to the front desk because they found me a room . He apologized for the inconvenience . I got in the room and 1 ) there was no clock in the room , the heating unit was so loud i turned it off for sleep and the tv was not working . I just went to bed and said I’d deal with it in the morning . I had to wake very early . When i was leaving the hotel to go to work i told them what was wrong and it the issues could be addressed . I got back to the hotel and nothing was so i called down the front desk . They sent someone up with the clock . I asked him about the other issues abs he said oh you need a mechanic. He listened to the loud heating unit and said he was gonna tell his boss to suggest a new room . I called down asking and said they would get a new room ready . When i went down to get the new key . The front desk agent was on the phone . Not realizing it was me she was actually talking about me to someone on the other end eluding that i was some how trying to pull a fast one on them . When she hung up the phone i said hi I’m here to pick up that key . I could tell she was embarrassed that i basically caught her talking about me . When i checked in to the room the parlors tv was so half the size of my Previous room, but at this point I’m like what ever . It worked thankfully . I moved the sofa to have a better view of the tv and couldn’t help but notice confetti on the floor . (See pic ) first thought was i thought these rooms are being deep cleaned . Needless to say i don’t think i would return to this Hilton property. I have another reservation there but I’m gonna cancel it and stay somewhere else . Read less

Photos were nice on the web pages. My room was on the 19th floor. Check in was quick. My room was small, but this is Manhattan. Guest services are good. Good places to eat. TV was out of date. Will I come back? Next time is the Conrad.

Terrible - hotel is falling apart, workers look like they're forced to do the job, and rooms are filthy. Location is filled with zombie homeless wandering at all hours of the day and night. Sad situation and I bet the place closes.

Well located next to the United Nations Headquarters. This hotel is generally clean but could use a remodel as the decor seems dated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was efficient with minimal communications and pleasantries. The room rate was very reasonable.

I woke up really early just to pick the 44th floor, and it didn’t disappoint.The hotel was perfect, the staff was great, the check-in took like 30 minutes, but I didn’t mind.
