It was quiet and the staff was nice. Breakfast was included, but we didn't take advantage of it. We were here in late January able to walk many places and take the subway into midtown to catch a Broadway show. My husband is vegan and there were many restaurant options nearby. I needed a last minute booking and it was my last night in NYC, I was leaving to Tokyo in the morning. Charles made everything perfect and I won't ever forget it.
