This hotel employees accepted my request for an early check-in as i had to leave another hotel because of a bad experience. Easy check in and great room make this a constant. Location is to die for. will be staying here henceforth for my work trips.

It was my first time visiting this hotel. The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms and a great pillow selection. The check in process is quick and friendly. It does pay to be a Marriott Bon Voy member as we were upgraded to rooms with a better view. You are within walking distance of countless entertainment and eating/ shopping options if that is what you are looking for while in the area. A must visit for the view is their top floor bar. Beware, of you are not a hotel guest, there is an entrance fee. But while staying there, it is a must visit for the views and sip on a refreshing drink on a hot New York summer night! Read less

I stayed there for 3 nights taking advantage of a deal that got me a room for 115 a night. For the price I paid, I can’t complain. Of course, covid regulations restricted a lot -if not all- of the amenities of the hotel. You basically just get a room. The bonus is the view and the location. The hotel is undergoing heavy renovations, so noise is to be expected. The rooms are spacious for nyc standards. I had received an email about what the service was going to be like before checking in. They mentioned extra cleaning procedures. I can’t say my room was spotless though. Hair was in the tub And on the soap dispensers as I walked into the room. I don’t think they changed the sheets every day, which is fine by me but then why telling me in an email that they would? They left a whole bag of supplies in my room for three days.... in short, the hotel is great if you get the deal but if the price is what normally is for the star rating and the location, you’re better off someplace else. Not as clean as it should be - especially now - , noisy, cleaning stuff kind but not really efficient. For 115 a night, I’ll go back in a heartbeat. But not for a dollar more. Read less

Travelled with friends to celebrate my birthday. Quick check in like any other Marriott thanks to being a Marriott Bon Voy member. Courteous staff members but felt impersonal. They probably just too busy since the hotel was packed. Accessible to Broadway and Time Square. Spectacular view of Manhattan.

The views from the room of time square where amazing, everything is right on your doorstep when staying here. The front desk staff where helpful and the elevator modernization program was working well. The concierge lounge was operating restricted hours over thanksgiving, so breakfast was served in a ballroom. A new go to hotel in Manhattan
